GROUPON POLICY

ALL Groupon Promotions expires 120 days after purchase (No exceptions). Amount paid NEVER expires and can be used towards any other service/treatment from our webpage ONLY – Amount paid can NEVER be used towards another Groupon promotion again!

You MUST call us to book an appointment upon purchasing your Groupon. Visit our “Spa Policies” page for all of our “cancellation” policies!

If you are holding an expired Groupon, remember that the Value/Amount paid does NOT expire, just give us a call to schedule something at that value from our menu!

Groupon vouchers are NOT redeemable for CASH!

Groupons are only valid for new clients or clients who have not been active within the past 6 months.

Expired vouchers and vouchers used by active return clients are valid for the amount paid towards any regular-priced service.

All of our cancellation policies apply towards groupon appointments. “No-show” groupon appointments will have their vouchers marked as “redeemed.”
